I have Finally ‘uploaded’ the Legal Documents that I had mentioned in the Past to this Legal page.

I want it to be KNOWN and PERFECTLY CLEAR that I have been aware that Some Assholes Screwed with the Attorney to make sure that My Intentions were NOT Directly Mentioned in My Documents!!! Why??? So, they could STEAL EVERYTHING!!! Let it be KNOWN, they are KNOWN, and they Will Be Prosecuted to the Full Extent of The Law. Noting, that since I have not yet been allowed my Freedom, a Secret Group has been Providing Trustee Duties, and now Conservatorship Duties, as my Health is that Bad. They will under NO CIRCUMSTANCES “allow” the assholes access to a fucking penny!!! As for the Charitable Foundaiton ‘noted’ in my Last Will and Testament, it was supposed to note, a Maximum Contribution, Donation, of $250,000. PERIOD!!! Assholes!!! They are too small and local to do much with more than that amount, and with over $120 million in Trust to Manage, they should have more than enough to Distribute and Help People “NOW” and into in the Future, when the need is reduced… Population Decrease, etc.

If you are wondering How I could have so much Debt? Well, I should NOT!!! I was forced into Bankruptcy in 2000; however, Student Loans are Not Allowed to be Discharged. Worse, Student Loans are Protected by the US Government, and follow you for Life, while Charging you Interest based on your own Personal Situation, even though the Government Backs the Student Loans! It is INSANE; and it is how America has Destroyed it’s Past, Present, and Future, since the late 1980’s!!!

Note this… They HATE ME so MUCH that they Refuse to Rate me at 100% VA Disability, by saying all my issues are Non Military Related. Why??? You see, I was a “Non Scholarship” Cadet, while everybody else in the Program was 100% Scholarship = No Student Loans!!! I had to put myself through College, and got my BS and MBA in 1998 and 1999, the HARD Way!!! I “worked” for Them!!! My counterparts, not so much, as all they had to do was focus on school; and I returned to college between Ages 26 and 29… Let that sink in…

I was reminded this morning to add this Note… I have spent the last 30 years or so of my Life being Lectured to for Being Immature and Irresponsible, Not Making or Having Committments in Life, Getting Off Easy, etc… I ‘wish’ that I was joking!!! In every job that I had, worse with Sales Jobs, I was always told, we have to give the Best Clients, the Most Profitable Accounts to the Guys that have Wives and Kids, as they have Families to Support and you Do Not; so, your Needs are Far Less than thier Needs. When I had my own Businesses, Start Ups, the same Issues prevailed too, as assholes and others would threaten Clients that tried to work with me and/or Leverage thier Personal Family situations to Strong-arm thier Clients to stay with them, even though I ‘had earrned’ the Business, the Account, the Relationship, by showing them $10,000s in Savings, usually way more…
Basically, everybody that I have worked with in the Past, including Military Officers, Managers, Politicians, Bosses, Authority Figures, even some Business Partners, always took care of themselves, First, because they had Families and Responsibilities, something that I could never ever possibly understand as a Single Heterosexual Man with No Responsibilities or Committments, especially with No Wife and Kids. The women that I tried to Date had an even Worse Attitude about this Issue!!! WTF!!! Anyway, make of this what you want… I was asked to Post It!!! I guess it Helps with the Understanding of: “Why I Gave It All Away”, whatever it may be, in the Present, most likely, in the Future!!! Or, maybe there will Never Be Any Assets, especially if I drop Dead Today!!!

I was thinking about this last night. I am going to have to Update all my Legal Documents again, by July, when my Residency should be approved here in Portugal. I guess that means another Last Will and Testament; and more Importantly, another Trust Document, meaning I’ll have Two Trust Documents, as my Assets would be US Based, as well as being Transferred Internationally for Living Expenses, etc. It is just another item on the To Do List, which these days seems almost exclusively focused on ‘End of Life’ Planning. It gives me something to do to pass the time… Se La Vie…

For those that “think” that they can Challenge “My Last Will and Testament” and “My Trust Arrangement”, as it may seem Insane to give away 100% of whatever Future Revenue or Assets that may be Assigned to me; however, I dotted the ‘i’s’ and crossed the ‘t’s’ and More Importantly, it is an Intention that I have placed in Writing since 2009, and also; The Way That I Have Lived My Life!!! Therefore, you can ALL “Go Fuck Yourselves”, especially since we can PROVE that All of You have tried to Institutionalize me, Kill me, and do all sorts of other Evil things to me, like use me as a Toy through my Military Implants. NONE of you Deserve Anything, considering Most of You are already Multi Millionaires; so, Really Go Fuck Yourselves!!! The Far Majority, Almost All, of my Assets either are or will be Managed in Incredible Secrecy, way above Any Known Assholes Authority!!! All I need, which is more than I even need, is my Disability Pensions, Peace and Quiet, being disconnected from being a Toy, your Plaything that you constantly try to Kill, which will allow me to live my last days, weeks, months, whatever it may be, as only God decides, as Best as I can Live them…

I was thinking about some things this morning, half way through the night. I have been thinking about the Legal and Operational Structure of the Administering of the Trust Agreement that I have set up in Florida, as a Florida Resident, and the Associate Last Will and Testament. It is Important to Note that I will have to update them both again very soon, if I am still alive, when my Residency changes to Portugal, in the Aozres Autonomous Zone, to be Specific!!! I have an Address in the Azores now, just need to wait until July to meet the Residency Requirements, 6 months; and I have a Legal Address in Florida, which I can easily maintain. The address is in an RV Park; so, all I have to do is Buy an RV and Park it there at the RV Park, with Associated Fees, of course. I can then have a House Sitter take care of it for me, and process my Mail for me, which will Save me Money too!!! I think that would suffice to Maintain the Florida Address, as a Secondary Residency, and as a Legal Address. I am glad I do not have to think about all of these Logistics, you know what I mean…

This is an Update to the Noted Structure of the Beneficiaries of my Trust and Last Will and Testament.
I will start by reminding you all that another reason that I gave it ALL Away is because the assholes were starting to screw with my Family; and this Eliminates that Issue, at least the Financial aspect!!! Period. Plus, they are all way better off than I am Today; and have been my Whole Life. Therefore, since I am Broke Today, and this is is mainly to address Finances, a lot of Legal going on right now, that would realistically occur “After My Death”, I find this the most reasonable way to continue my Legacy of Giving. Oh, really Important, Under No Circumstances do I want my Name to Appear Anywhere on the Entity Titles, Offical Names, etc., as I like being Anonymous. After all, what would it matter in 10, 25, 50, especially 100+ years anyway… So, WTF… Keep It Super Simple (KISS)
The New Structure: 50/50 to the Benefit Corp and an Affiliate (501c3) Charitable Fund and/or Organization
The changes are: 1. The Connecticut Community Foundation becomes a Grantee with its own Grant Application, as opposed to a single $250,000 (maximum) and one time Donation. 2. It means 100% of the Funds, other than my Disability Payments, would be Designated for The Benefit of Earth and Humanity, basically, for the Benefit of All, so-to-speak, TBD by (none of your business) Conservators, obviously. 3. There is now a need to Establish both a USA Based and International, Portugal Based, Entities.
It is Important to Note that I do have a LOT of Health Issues!!! However, I should be able to Support myself on just my Disability Payments (SSDI, VA, maybe VA Tort Claim). Noting that based on my own research, my ‘Best Case’ Life Expectancy is maybe 10 years, age 65. It is ‘not’ a Joke; and in many cases, based on me being targeted while trying to get Medical Care the last few years, I am already way past the Life Expectancy ‘predicted’ by many Health Models. That is No Joke, as after the CHF Grade C and DHF Grade III Diagnosis last year, combined with my Other Health Issues, some Models Predicteded only 6-to-13 months of a Life Expectancy. If you consider the Diagnosis was made 29 March 2024, and communicated to me on 1 April 2024, I have already Beat those Odds and Dates!!! I am in Month 14 right now!!!
