I have Finally ‘uploaded’ the Legal Documents that I had mentioned in the Past to this Legal page.
IMPORTANT
I want it to be KNOWN and PERFECTLY CLEAR that I have been aware that Some Assholes Screwed with the Attorney to make sure that My Intentions were NOT Directly Mentioned in My Documents!!! Why??? So, they could STEAL EVERYTHING!!! Let it be KNOWN, they are KNOWN, and they Will Be Prosecuted to the Full Extent of The Law. Noting, that since I have not yet been allowed my Freedom, a Secret Group has been Providing Trustee Duties, and now Conservatorship Duties, as my Health is that Bad. They will under NO CIRCUMSTANCES “allow” the assholes access to a fucking penny!!! As for the Charitable Foundaiton ‘noted’ in my Last Will and Testament, it was supposed to note, a Maximum Contribution, Donation, of $250,000. PERIOD!!! Assholes!!! They are too small and local to do much with more than that amount, and with over $120 million in Trust to Manage, they should have more than enough to Distribute and Help People “NOW” and into in the Future, when the need is reduced… Population Decrease, etc.

Understanding How America Destroys Young Lives = Student Loans
If you are wondering How I could have so much Debt? Well, I should NOT!!! I was forced into Bankruptcy in 2000; however, Student Loans are Not Allowed to be Discharged. Worse, Student Loans are Protected by the US Government, and follow you for Life, while Charging you Interest based on your own Personal Situation, even though the Government Backs the Student Loans! It is INSANE; and it is how America has Destroyed it’s Past, Present, and Future, since the late 1980’s!!!
Student Loan Math (Bill Copy, 8 May 25)
- Borrowed = $65,000 (1999 Graduation)
- Paid = $40,000
- Current Debt = $147,000
- What should it be at most at 3% Average, Doubling every 24 years = $50,000 (Still Insane!)
HOW THE FUCK IS THAT MATH POSSIBLE!!! However, it Sums up the Disgrace that is America Today!!!
Note this… They HATE ME so MUCH that they Refuse to Rate me at 100% VA Disability, by saying all my issues are Non Military Related. Why??? Because, they know that the $147,000 in Student Loans would be Forgiven for VA Service and Disability!!! You see, I was a “Non Scholarship” Cadet, while everybody else in the Program was 100% Scholarship = No Student Loans!!! I had to put myself through College, and got my BS and MBA in 1998 and 1999, the HARD Way!!! I “worked” for Them!!! My counterparts, not so much, as all they had to do was focus on school; and I returned to college between Ages 26 and 29… Let that sink in…

I was reminded this morning to add this Note… I have spent the last 30 years or so of my Life being Lectured to for Being Immature and Irresponsible, Not Making or Having Committments in Life, Getting Off Easy, etc… I ‘wish’ that I was joking!!! In every job that I had, worse with Sales Jobs, I was always told, we have to give the Best Clients, the Most Profitable Accounts to the Guys that have Wives and Kids, as they have Families to Support and you Do Not; so, your Needs are Far Less than thier Needs. When I had my own Businesses, Start Ups, the same Issues prevailed too, as assholes and others would threaten Clients that tried to work with me and/or Leverage thier Personal Family situations to Strong-arm thier Clients to stay with them, even though I ‘had earrned’ the Business, the Account, the Relationship, by showing them $10,000s in Savings, usually way more…
Basically, everybody that I have worked with in the Past, including Military Officers, Managers, Politicians, Bosses, Authority Figures, even some Business Partners, always took care of themselves, First, because they had Families and Responsibilities, something that I could never ever possibly understand as a Single Heterosexual Man with No Responsibilities or Committments, especially with No Wife and Kids. The women that I tried to Date had an even Worse Attitude about this Issue!!! WTF!!! Anyway, make of this what you want… I was asked to Post It!!! I guess it Helps with the Understanding of: “Why I Gave It All Away”, whatever it may be, in the Present, most likely, in the Future!!! Or, maybe there will Never Be Any Assets, especially if I drop Dead Today!!!
